New endpoints — Rewards points, history and ranking

Three read-only endpoints now expose the center's Rewards data: the current points balance of every member (GET /api/v2/rewards/members, paginated), the points history of a member (GET /api/v2/rewards/members/{idMember}/history) and a ranking of members by the points earned since a date, up to one year back (GET /api/v2/rewards/ranking).

All three require the Rewards integration permission to be enabled for the center. Once it is enabled, request a new API key token so it carries the permission. The history endpoint accepts 30 requests per minute per center and the ranking endpoint 120; both answer 429 over that limit. See the members points, points history and ranking references.
